Now available in the U.S., Optiwin windows were recently installed in the first certified Passivhaus in North America: Waldsee BioHaus located at Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, Minnesota.

For this landmark sustainable-design project, Optiwin windows and doors play a critical role in the building’s performance (it functions at 85% less than the Minnesota energy code) and our products were a key to helping the building achieve Passivhaus certification.
